paintball tanks????????
i have a tippmann 98 custom pro electric ACT and i have a c02 tank and im wondering if i should go to compressed air?
like at home i have a air compresser and can i use that to fill up a compressed air tank?
and can you give me some websites to go to for a compressed air tank for a paintball gun thanks so much
lol no i have a cheap one like i dont want to keep on going to fill up my c02 tank and also where do you go to fill up co2 or compressed air and how much is it to fill usually?
They also make air compressor boosters that will enable you to use your current air compressor, however, they cost $700+.
CO2 tanks can cost anywhere from $2-$7 to fill depending on the size of the tank and where you get it filled. That said, you can get them filled at some sports shops, most paintball fields, and many welding supply shops.

I would recommend that you get a 68/4500 or larger if you can afford it and I personally think that Crossfire is the best brand you can buy from the website I provided.
As for buying used, just know that most HPA tanks have a 5 year life before you have to get them re-hydro tested. So you may want to ask if that $100 tank your looking at buying used is out of its hydro date or just how long it has until you have to take it in and pay to get it rechecked.
