Paintball Barrels?
I am new to paintballing, and i am wondering if the Empire Twister Spyder Barrel – 14 Inch would be ideal for my Spyder Soinx Pro?
I read on the description of the Empire Twister Spyder Barrel – 14 Inch and it said that there are diffrent threads on paintballs. What does this mean and where can i find out the “threads” on my gun?
I also heard that the more slits are in the barrel the better. Thus I am also wondering how many if any are in the Empire Twister Spyder Barrel – 14 Inch?
Lastly I would like to ask if the JT Flex 8 Full Coverage Thermal Paintball Goggles are any good?

Dont ever go over a 14 inch barrel. actuall ythe ideal size is 12 inch, because after that, the accuracy is barrely increased, but over 14inches is useless except for pushing bunkers out of the way (if you play at a supair field you will understand) the threads are what scres into the gun, today a lot of barrels fit spyders, and if they dont, you can get adapters to fit almost any barrel to your gun. the slits in the barrel are usually for show but they can help in the flight of the paintball to a degree, but all the time lowering your end velocity as the paintball exits the barrel. you shouldent base your buying on if their are slits in the barrel or not. other things matter like the diameter of the barrel. the average paintball is .689 inches in diameter. barrels range from as low as .650 inches to .695 on average although there are sizes that arnt in that catagory. i personally dont have any experiance with the said mask but i do have a JT mask with a thermolens and it is quite effective especially if you wear glasses. i would suggest getting a bottle of rainx also, just incase.
