How popular is MilSim (Military Simulation) Paintball?
I would like to get into paintball but Im only interested in MilSim because it is more tactical (rather than just run and gun).
How popular is MilSim and is there a lot of events in Southern California?
And do most people use the limited magazines or the huge hoppers? (I am just talking about in MilSim.)
For MilSim paintball it always depends.
The RAP4 mark T68 m4 is a great MilSim m4 marker. the tank fits into the stock. The marker uses magazines. The military actually uses it for training. Retractable stock and working selector switch .(safe, semi, semi-auto)
If looking for a sniper MilSim marker go with the Tiberius T9. (you can also get a t9 for just a regular gun it just has a limited clip (small)) These markers are very realistic and have the ability to fire the first strike rounds.
Both these markers have the ability to be hopper feed. So if you see people with hoppers you can also get the modification to do so.
