why do some christian families bann harry potter, or the golden compass. isnt hiding small things like that a tad over reactive? and whats so bad a bout magic anyway. why does god say those who practice it are evil. i dont get it.
Some people choose to believe their worlds are run on unproven theory. They are very to the book – the bible , an wont to let anything come into their life and let it uproot the system they found working for them.
I believe they are over protective of the world they grew around them.
Also to over reactive.
