Mica with rice powder, will make eyeshadow?
on the coastal scents website they show how to make your own eyeshadow and its like mixing mica with this filler thing (They make theirs out of like titanium dioxide or white powdery stuff…) and yeah but someone wrote that you could use rice powder instead? ??
and would just these 2 ingredients go on your eyes ok? o_O
