Fiber Barrel Kit
PAINTBALL GEAR QUESTION?
What is the best barrel to get for my smart parts ion for around a hundred or less. I was leaning toward a freak barrel or barrel kit, but I was also looking at those carbon fiber rifled barrels
One of the best barrels on the market is a Dye Ultralite that sells for about a hundred. But for an Ion i’d recommend getting something cheaper, like a CP 1-piece or J&J Ceramic.
I’d only recommend a kit if you were playing local tourneys or the field you play at is field paint only. If you can use the paint of your choice & you use the same paint every time, just get a single barrel. The reason being is accuracy depends on a good paint-to-bore match, where the paintball won’t roll out of the barrel but doesn’t get stuck if you try to blow it out.
