Fingerless Gloves Camo
is it okay to replicate or look like a soldier by wearing military replica gear for halloween?
im thinking of going in as my own airsoft armor loadout for this halloween. IDK if its legal, but is it okay to wear repilcated non-protective military gear in public? also, is it okay to bring in a SAFTEY ON,NOT LOADED airsoft gun around, they did say to not brandish the gun in public, but its halloween, and should it be considered a toy? BTW the gear im wearing is my Fidragon crossdraw vest,airsoft PASGT helmet, camo, goggles, fingerless gloves. and of course im not adding my Philipine flag patch on my armor
Armor, real or not, should be fine, but an airsoft gun might not be a great idea. Even though they’re technically considered toys buy federal law (hence the orange tips), they’re still real enough to make people nervous. Something that is more obviously a toy would be safer.
