Matte Blue
What is the best *permanent* vivid hair color (blue, purple, etc.)?
My hair is bleached very light (still a little yellow, but close to platinum) and I want a permanent, high quality color that will be shiny and neat looking, instead of matte and cheap. Thanks!

Anyway, I’ve been searching myself, and haven’t found any fully permanent vivid colored dyes, other than red. I’m going to use L’oreal Excellence Professional red dye (http://www.sallybeauty.com/red-hilights/SBS-500240,default,pd.html) soon, but that’s all that I’ve really found.
