Off Road Gloves
Is this going to be a bad day?
It started out ok – the alarm went off on time – I got on the road in good time – no traffic to speak of on the way to work. I backed into my parking space… all good stuff.
Walking from the parking lot to the building, however, I tripped (I don’t know what made me fall) and went sprawling headlong! I slammed my knee and shin into the pavement, skidded my hands across the pavement (hooray for gloves) and have a 3 inch bruise working across my knee and shin for my trouble.
Also – my tote bag busted – sending the contents spilling out across the pavement.
It REALLY HURT! I just sat on the ground and cried for a moment and then realized no one was gonna come and kiss my boo-boo for me.
I thought Monday was bad when I dropped the soup can on my barefoot!

ps I saw Styx last night and it was GREAT! They sound great. They don’t look so wonderful up close, but the sound was good!
