Padded Paintball Pants
Questions about paintball?
Hi, I’m a female teen and I’m going paintballing for the first time ever tomorrow! I’m going with mostly beginners (and maybe a few slightly experienced people).
1) I’ve got a decent pain tolerance for everything, but i’ve never been shot by anything… How much should I be prepared?
2) Tennis Shoes alright?
3) Do you think a t-shirt and hoodie will be enough coverage?
4) Volleyball knee pads and what type of pants do you recommend?
5) Any tips so I don’t just die? I’ve gone laser tagging 8 years ago, I was shot the most, and made zero kills. I don’t think my aim has improved much…
6) Any more tips so I don’t look like a complete idiot? I am more worried about this than the pain.
1) depends on if your ‘in the game’ or just a body on the field…. Meaning are you gona be actually shooting at people, moving around or just sitting behind a tree with no adrenaline going though your body? I’ve already been in a 3vs1 gunbattle, got shot directly in the throat and it didn’t bother me until my adrenaline wore out.
2) yes tennis shoes are ok.. but your prolly not gona have good grip, so when you start to run from bunker to bunker, your prolly gona slide some, but if your gona be on planks of wood and such yes it would be good… As i cant start to tell the # of times that i ate major sh*t with my paintball cleats when i was on wood planks
3)yes a t-shirt and hoodie will be fine… as long as you dont get shot in the boob, you wont mind it to much
4) well i would recommend paintball pants, as they got padding in the knees already, but.. blue jeans will be fine… just make sure you dont slide on a rock
5) theres nothing much i can tell you to do a this point… you just have to get your hand-eye coordination better, and dont be so afraid
6) dont do the chicken wing… the chicken wing is when you put your trigger fireing elbow out completely out sideways…and dont blind fire
