Paintball Pasgt
does anyone use m1 helmet for paintball?
Has anyone ever worn a M1 helmet with their paintball mask? does it fit well, or is it too uncomfortable? should i opt for a PASGT shell instead?
It would be fun, but the problem is that in the game of paintball hard surfaces just mean more area for a ball to break.
I wear an underarmour skull-cap when I play paintball because it’s soft and smooth making it harder for the paintball to break if I get hit there. I’ve been shot on the head about 10 times with only a couple breaks. I pad it with a handkerchief underneath to keep my head from getting too bruised.
An M1 helmet is better for airsoft. I bet getting hit on the head with a BB is no fun. Good to keep your noggin protected in a game like that. But for paintball, not useful and too heavy.
