contracts how safe from change are they?
my contract is 25 years old i did not choose to opt out of it when they wanted to buy it because i would lose all my premiums now they want to change hours this would mean a new flexi contract with loss of premium can they do this
Get a solicitor or contact your trade union. As a general rule, once a contract is signed by both parties, it is binding on both sides. The only way they can take you off your contract is by invoking something written in the contract, or by dismissing you (potentially leaving them open for unfair dismissal claims).
