Has anyone had any of those weight loss shakes?
Has anyone had any of those weight loss shakes? work? and do they taste ok? or any other weight loss system that they worked for someone? (Combined with excersice and eating) some thing to help expedite the process. just had a baby 8 months and just finished breastfeeding.
Probably not. Why? They do fill up and they are supposed to be a complete meal! Why replace fruits and vegetables taste good for a drink? As long as you eat health and are active, I'm sure you can lose the weight you put on. GOOD LUCK!
