Our Vehicle No TN28 M 8061, which tank condition, was not good before due to leakage , that time this vehicle Shortage qty was 40 kg. But now, we have repaired the tank. We assure that, now our tank condition is very good. So, never leakage problem in our vehicle.
So, please allow our vehicle for load as usual.

No. I’m not even sure from this what it is you are trying to say, but would recommend something like the following:

The condition of the tank of this vehicle was previously poor, resulting in a 40kg shortage (?of what??). Please be assured that the tank has been repaired and such leakage will not occur again. (and yes, as your previous poster says, it’s a good idea to enclose copies of relevant paperwork).
The vehicle is now suitable for use again as normal.
