College Study Tips: Piracetam Dosage
There’s a new challenger to coffee in the mugs of some of my college friends looking for better memory and academic performance – it’s a secret called Piracetam and it’s coming to a college campus near you.
Though it doesn’t work for everyone, it works for almost everyone. Piracetam like caffeine, is cheap, safe, and highly effective for most people. Piracetam is so safe that you can buy piracetam without a prescription. In fact, studies on lab mice suggest that you can eat a pound of the stuff at one sitting – about an ice cream tub of piracetam powder – and have no serious ill effects.
College students swear Piracetam wakes up their brain!
Piracetam has a positive effect on brain blood flow, brain cell energy production, and increasing communication between the left and right hemispheres of your brain causing more vivid imagery, thought integration and creativity effects.
Studies on piracetam in lab mice showed faster learning, faster retention, and faster recall over their peers. Piracetam has been used in humans for treatment of dementia and alcoholism related memory loss. And it has been shown to have memory improvement and intelligence in healthy subjects like college students.
Piracetam dosage is variable by effect from 1000 to 5000mg divided into three doses – breakfast, lunch, and supper – per day. The classic and seminal book Smart Drugs and Nutrients by Dr.Dean and Morgenthaler in 1990, suggests a piracetam attack dose the first two days of first trying piracetam to kick start it’s effect. A piracetam attack dose is about twice the normal maintenance dose (4000 to 10,000mg) for two or three days.
